Spoon

Spoon은 함께 사용되지만 서로 독립적으로 존재해온 두 사물의 관계를 하나의 형태 안에서 새롭게 연결한 프로젝트입니다. 숟가락과 젓가락은 사용할 때는 각각의 역할을 유지하면서도, 보관할 때는 하나의 오브젝트를 이루도록 설계되었습니다. 젓가락은 숟가락 손잡이 내부에 자연스럽게 수납되어 형태와 사용성이 하나의 구조 안에서 조화를 이룹니다. 두 사물의 관계를 다시 설계함으로써, 익숙한 도구를 사용하는 경험을 보다 단순하고 자연스럽게 제안합니다.

Spoon reconnects the relationship between two everyday utensils that have long existed as separate objects despite always being used together. The spoon and chopsticks retain their individual functions in use, yet return to a single object when stored. The chopsticks are naturally housed within the spoon handle, bringing form and function together in one coherent structure. By redesigning the relationship between two familiar objects, the project proposes a simpler and more intuitive everyday experience.
